In a world that increasingly covets speed above all else, we (me and the people I work with) at T&H want to offer a bespoke approach to getting things done that focuses solely on delivering what is Good. In Fante (a language spoken Ghana), there is one word that we find captures this sentiment: finchim.

We appear to have been forced into a world that demands more of us than the resources we have can responsibly deliver. Faced with such pressure, many of us capitulate and often choose two out of the three of the options we are presented with: Good, Fast and Cheap.

As we all know, three things remain true:

Something Good & Fast is rarely Cheap,
Something Good & Cheap is rarely Fast
Something Fast and Cheap is rarely Good.

It is for that reason that we approach our services the way we do, with an emphasis on finchim. It's a deliberate decision to be thorough and not hurried, not slow but measured, not slack but mindful.
